SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Processing Times
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders
Products purchased on pre-order will display their expected shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Canada & U.S. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. COMB Candle Co. offers free shipping within Canada on orders of $150 CAD or more.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Woodstock, Ontario. Available delivery options and any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your shipment and we will do our best to assist. 

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@combcandleco.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
